Can I request custom prints or personalized designs?

Absolutely! We’re happy to create custom prints for you. Examples include:

  • Adding names, numbers, or special messages on shirts and hoodies.
  • Uploading your own design for us to adapt and print.
  • Printing on both sides of a product or mixing designs.

What does the On Hold status mean for my order?

‘On Hold’ means your order is being checked or waiting for confirmation before production begins.

Other possible order statuses:

  • Processing: Your order is being produced and prepared for shipment.
  • Partially Shipped: One part of your order has shipped, others are on the way.
  • Completed: The order has been delivered successfully.
I received my package but some items are missing. What should I do?

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different facilities. Each package will arrive with its own tracking number.
